MonElite Puppies | Sydney Dog Photographer

As lots of you probably already know, my friend Monika is a Dobermann breeder. If you do a search on here you’ll see her previous two litters which I photographed. When I heard there was a new batch I invited myself, and my parents who were visiting from Ireland, over for Easter lunch. My parents aren’t really dog people so I wasn’t sure what they’d think of that, but they had a great time and I got to shove my camera in these naughty little faces.

All but one – which Monika kept – have gone to their new homes now. I’m sure you’ll be seeing more of Voodoo around here, I plan to make her one of Bruno’s many girlfriends and turn her into another face of Ruthless Leather!

Viking and Legend | Sydney Dog Photographer

Viking and Legend are two more Fetching Dogs rescues that are being fostered together. They came from the same pound, but they’re not thought to be related. I guess they just breed ‘em with big ears ’round those parts!

And because some outtakes just have to be shared…

If you know of anyone looking to adopt a young dog please share this post with them.

Skye Schafer - Great Photo’s! I love the outtake one its awesome!

Munster and Bungee – Fetching Puppies

If you follow me on Facebook you’ll appreciate why it’s been quiet on my blog for the last few weeks. I’ve kind of had my hands full with these two ratbags – Munster and Bungee*. We’re fostering them for Fetching Dogs. We’re also fostering Jackson. It’s quite a lot to take on while trying to run three businesses, so my blog got neglected. To make up for it, here are way too many puppy photos!

If you received this post via email please click on the heading to view the gallery in your browser – it’s much prettier. Click on the main photo to open the lightbox and then use your left and right arrow keys to scroll back and forward.

* Disclaimer: They’re not my full hands in the photo!!

Sam Ermer - Such cuties and what gorgeous photos, I’d be spending all my time with them if they were here, even though puppies can be hard work the delight they bring makes it all worthwhile.

Mary McDade - Adorable……will certainly miss them and their antics.

Lesley Roach - I want to watch them grow Miss Ruthless

Bunch We Lunch With Photography - ugh…i just cant even take this awesomeness! love love love.

Metropolis Vizslas | Sydney Dog Photographer

My life has been filled with puppies recently. Long may it last because I’m really ok with it! Last week I had a last minute booking to photograph a litter of nine Vizsla puppies before they went to their new homes. Luckily I’d learned some tricks from our four foster puppies so I wasn’t daunted by the task. It was a long session but everyone had their turn in front of the camera and I returned home with my shoelaces intact and only minor scratches, no flesh wounds!

Thank you Metropolis Vizslas for a fun afternoon. I hope you enjoy your photos as much as I’ve enjoyed taking and editing them!

Anna - I wondered if they were the same pup – oodles of cheekiness!!

Ruth[less] - I don’t know, but I suspect last row left hand side is him too!

Anna - Who is the one second row, right hand side? That one is my favourite. (Who am I kidding they’re all gorgeous). Well done once again!!!

Puppieeeeeeees – Part 3 | Sydney Dog Photographer

Puppy town has been dismantled, all the towels and blankets have been washed and I haven’t had any contact with dog pooh for over 24hrs! Our foster puppies all went on their adoption trials yesterday and judging by the photos on Facebook, some have well and truly made themselves at home already. It’s very quiet here. I definitely miss them. Fetching Dogs have offered me another litter to care for but they know as well as I do that I need a good 8-10 months between fosters to forget how much work it is!

Here’s a selection of photos from their time here [including some phone pics].

If you got this by email click on the heading to open the post in a web browser to view the gallery properly.

There are some videos on my YouTube channel if you have the urge to see more cuteness.

Sam - Such adorable puppies and magnificent images, I just want to cuddle them and kiss their smooshy faces. You’re doing an amazing job and so is Bruno by the looks of it :-)

Catherine - They are just so cute, I don’t think I would have been able to give them up for adoption. I would have wanted to keep them all.

Carly - Absolutely gorgeous photos of these babies! So gland they were safe and sound in NSW… The stupid laws down here in Victoria would have seen these beauties to the rainbow bridge just because of their appearance. It’s good to see that at least some states still have a bit of common sense around dogs! Xx

Lyn Lindsay - A bit like the kids leaving home really :)

Ruth[less] - Uhm, I’ve no signal!

Darren - Ruth, we would never be so irresponsible as to offer you a litter of in-need pups straight after these four.

We would, in fact, offer you two litters. You did so well with these guys, it’s the only logical conclusion.

Call me.
