Tomorrow [01/04/2013] marks our website‘s third birthday! Anyone that orders and pays for a collar tomorrow will receive a complimentary 4ft leash with their order. One day only, don’t miss out!
Welcome to the second update of 2012 – no fear of us being accused of spamming. Quality, not quantity!
The collar we made for Gollom the Bull Mastiff was such a hit we decided to add a Go GIANT! option to our wide collars section. Oh, did you even notice the collar or were you too busy falling in love with that big wrinkly face? I know the feeling!
Another stunning collar model I had the pleasure of photographing was Nugget the Staffy in our latest design, The Clockworker. It’s another steampunk inspired number with cogs, aged silver spots and black gems.
The Braveheart training collar isn’t a new design, but this is the first time it’s been photographed. Cocoa stepped up to the plate again. She’s such a great model. Probably because her owner is a dog trainer!
Some more from the “did you know” series…
Did you know…
According to our Facebook page, not everyone knew these! Look out for more fun facts over the next few months.
While Dave’s been flat out with orders [especially during our 2nd birthday promotion] there’s been no time to make any new designs. But I can’t let an update go out without sharing some photos of our wares! Below is a customised wide No Frills in chestnut and aged brass, a burgundy Braveheart with a mini lead and a regular brown and aged brass Stud Muffin with no centre d-ring. Modeled by Mr Handsomepants himself.
Speaking of Facebook, if you’re a fan of our page you might have noticed a “top fans” button under the cover photo. At the end of every month we’ll be rewarding our top fan, so make sure you like, comment on or share our posts to be in the running. If the page isn’t showing up in your news feed you can make a special link for it [and other pages you like] by following these steps.
Today marks our website‘s second birthday. If you’ve been a fan of ours for a while you might remember that last year we ran a week long birthday promotion. Well… we’re doing it again!!
Anyone that orders and pays for a collar from our website between noon on Monday 9th April and the same time the following Monday [16th April] will receive a complimentary 4ft leash with their order [worth $75 +GST].
Please feel free to share this on any forums or Facebook groups that you’re in.
Here are a couple of funny out-takes from the photo session. I told them not to eat the cake so they went into complete avoidance and couldn’t get far enough away from it!!
It got shared amongst the four dogs afterwards. Banana and peanut butter, yum!
Welcome to our first update of 2012! Our Giving Away + Giving Back promotion was a huge success and we’ve been flat out here. When we came up with the idea we hoped that it would be more than just good promotion for us, so when an entrant pulled out of the running because their foster dog had been adopted by someone that saw him on our page we were absolutely thrilled. Tiny, the winner from Wodonga Dog Rescue, has also been adopted – warm fuzzies all around! Below are the two collars AJ ordered. A wide Asteroid Belt training collar in black and aged bress for her Malamute [plus a three-way leash that she paid extra for] and a wide burgundy and brass Decoder training collar for Tiny.
Since our last update we’ve had lots of people looking to add bling to their orders. Below is Vicki’s Urban Cowboy that she ordered for her stunning border collie cross, Bo. The Swarovski’s match his striking blue eyes. You can see his photo and her lovely testimonial here.
Dave’s been kept busy with custom orders. This was a leash for Porschea the Dobermann to go with the Trixiedog she got last year.
Never let it be said that we’re all about the big dogs – this stunning Trixiedog sighthound collar was made for a Whippet from the Blue Mountains. Usually the screw heads are on the outside, but the owner asked for them to be the opposite way around on his.
