I’m happy to report that three more canvasses of my work have found a lovely home at PawsAbout Pet Boutique and Dog Grooming Salon in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. My handy husband hung them over the weekend and I went in yesterday to photograph them. I really love the vibe of the shop which literally feels like a lolly shop for dogs and I think that the pics of Rhythm the Border Collie, Enzo the Frenchie and the prize-winning Sourpuss and Smileyface [aka Bell and Layne] look great there. K9 Kutz 5 star accommodation

Last night I went to the VIP opening of K9 Kutz‘s new 5 star pet boarding facility in Rosebery. They’ve had a grooming salon and day spa for several years, but due to customer demand they’ve now bought an adjoining property and expanded the business to offer all inclusive pet boarding in luxury accommodation for dogs and cats of all sizes. It’s been beautifully fit out with two rooms for dogs, a room for cats and a secure outdoor play area with a splash pool and a sandpit. I supplied all the art for the walls so it was like a little exhibition opening for me last night too!

Scooter the Dalmatian from Urban Animal Magazine walked the red carpet and had a frolic in the splash pool. I can’t blame him, it was a scorcher yesterday!

I’ve visited many boarding houses for pets, but none, absolutely NONE as amazingly awesome as this – kudos to the owners, I hope it works out for them and I wish they were closer to me !!
